Wolvercote Young People’s Club is available for hire and provides a useful venue for children’s parties, daytime classes, meetings, and more. Wi-Fi is available throughout the centre and the majority of the space is accessible to those with mobility difficulties. You can hire the the whole centre, or individual rooms.

Parking for up to 8 cars in the car park. St Peter’s Road is inside the Upper Wolvercote Controlled Parking Zone. However, cars can park Monday to Friday for 2 hours before 5pm. Parking is unrestricted after 5pm and at weekends.

Commercial: Events run to make a profit from the sale of products or services. Although we do like to try and support new local businesses and start-ups, therefore we may charge the general rate depending on the event.
General: Events such as parties, meetings, group sessions, training days, and any other general gatherings.
Concessionary: This rate accommodates individuals in receipt of benefits, some charitable groups, churches, and schools.
Deposits
Single small-scale event hire requires a £30.00 per booking deposit, payable via BACS.
Long-term and large-scale event hire requires a 50% booking deposit on the total agreed price at time of booking.
Party hirers or events attracting more than 20 people are required to lodge a deposit for £100.00 prior to an event as surety against damage, breakages, or extra cleaning. If not required, payment will be reimbursed.
Party hirers for 16–21-year-old birthday parties, a deposit of £200.00 prior to the event as surety against damage, breakages, or extra cleaning is required. If not required, payment will be reimbursed. Note, parties for this age group are only accepted with agreement from the Chair of Trustees and Charity Manager.
